Mr. Arun Rathod began his journey at Flosil Group from the shop floor. Starting in operational roles, he developed a ground level understanding of processes, systems, and people before stepping into senior leadership a foundation that continues to shape how he leads today.
From managing day to day operations to becoming Chief Executive Officer of multiple group companies, his rise reflects steady growth and increasing responsibility. He played a defining role in taking the group global building international partnerships across more than 50 countries, introducing new product lines, and driving the export business to a scale the group had never seen before. Critically, he led the effort to obtain major international certifications that gave Flosil Group the credibility and compliance standing to compete and win in global markets.
Working closely with Mr. Ashwin Rathod, he was a driving force behind the group's diversification into Goodrich Fasteners and Flosil-BET Coatings businesses born from the conviction that the group had both the capability and the responsibility to offer customers more complete industrial solutions under one trusted roof.
