A landmark leap from trading to manufacturing. The incorporation of Goodrich Gasket Private Limited marked the group's transition into precision engineering producing industrial gaskets and laying the foundation on which its broader manufacturing identity would be built.
A landmark expansion into infrastructure project delivery, Flosil Bet paints, and protective coatings broadened the group's capabilities, positioning it as a multi sector industrial conglomerate with integrated service offerings.
Goodrich Fasteners extended the group's precision manufacturing capability into high tensile fasteners, enabling complete sealing and bolting solutions under one group umbrella for critical industrial joints and assemblies.
Strategic investments in education, defence, and innovation, including the donation of educational infrastructure to the Government of Rajasthan, reflected the group's commitment to nation building alongside commercial growth.
Achieving 100% off grid energy self sufficiency at manufacturing facilities, alongside the establishment of Flosil General Trading L.L.C in the Gulf region, marked a twin milestone in sustainability leadership and international market entry.
Onish Technologies & Flosil Gulf Manufacturing 2025 The launch of Onish Technologies and Flosil Gulf Manufacturing established a direct manufacturing and technology presence in international markets, extending the group's reach beyond India into global industrial supply chains.
